For client engagements, we additionally collect KYC documents and business records required to file applications with government portals (MCA, GST, IP India, Income Tax, etc.).

• Respond to enquiries and schedule consultations.
• Provide the legal, registration, and compliance services you engage us for.
• File statutory returns and applications on your behalf.
• Comply with our own legal, regulatory, and Bar Council obligations.

3. Confidentiality

Communications between you and our advocates are protected by attorney–client privilege under Indian law. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

We share information only with: (a) the relevant government portal or authority required to complete your filing, (b) qualified professionals we engage on your matter (CAs, CS, counsel), and (c) where required by law or court order.

We retain client records for the period required by professional and statutory obligations, typically 7 years from the closure of the matter.
